From 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires AI-generated video, voice, and images to be clearly disclosed when you publish them in the EU. Consul signs an evidence pack for every render you ship, so when an auditor, platform, or client asks, you have one URL ready to send.
Article 50 is the EU AI Act's transparency rule. If you publish AI-generated video, voice, images, or certain kinds of text into the EU, you have to clearly tell the viewer it's AI, the moment they first see it, in their language.
